이용약관 Terms of Service

1.계정

• 구글 계정으로 로그인합니다. 계정 하나에 캐릭터 넷까지 만들 수 있습니다.
• 운영 상황에 따라 새 계정은 운영자 승인 뒤에 쓸 수 있습니다.
• 만 14세 미만은 법정대리인의 동의가 있어야 합니다. 게임에는 전투와 피 표현이 있습니다(설정에서 피 효과를 끌 수 있습니다).
• 계정을 다른 사람에게 팔거나 빌려주지 마세요. 계정 관리 책임은 이용자에게 있습니다.

2.지켜 주세요

• 핵·매크로·자동 사냥 프로그램, 서버 공격, 버그 악용을 하지 않습니다. 버그를 찾으면 신문고로 알려 주세요.
• 다른 잠룡을 괴롭히거나, 욕설·혐오·차별 표현, 성적인 말, 개인정보 노출, 사칭(운영자 포함)을 하지 않습니다.
• 캐릭터 이름에 욕설·혐오 표현·실존 인물 사칭을 쓰지 않습니다. 부적절한 이름은 바꾸거나 막을 수 있습니다.
• 게임 속 아이템·엽전·계정을 현금이나 다른 재화와 바꾸지 않습니다(현금 거래 금지).
• 스팸, 광고, 다른 서비스 홍보를 하지 않습니다.

어기면 경고, 말하기 제한, 아이템 회수, 계정 일시 정지 또는 영구 차단을 할 수 있습니다. 이의가 있으면 신문고나 아래 연락처로 알려 주세요.

3.게임 속 아이템과 기록

• 아이템·엽전·레벨 같은 게임 속 기록은 게임을 즐기기 위한 것이며 현금 가치가 없고, 이용자의 재산이 아닙니다.
• 밸런스 조정, 버그 수정, 시즌(철) 운영 때문에 능력치·아이템·진행이 바뀌거나 초기화될 수 있습니다.
• 버그나 부정 거래로 생긴 아이템과 엽전은 회수할 수 있습니다.

4.후원

• 게임은 무료입니다. 후원은 itch.io·투네이션·토스 같은 외부 서비스를 통한 자발적 기부이며, 게임 안에서 아무 이득(아이템·경험치·순위·외형)도 주지 않습니다.
• 후원은 상품 구매가 아니므로 대가가 없습니다. 결제·환불은 각 서비스의 정책을 따릅니다.
• 후원자가 허락하면 엔딩 크레딧에 이름을 올립니다. 부적절한 이름은 올리지 않을 수 있습니다.

5.서비스의 변경과 중단

게임은 개인이 운영하는 서비스로 “있는 그대로” 제공됩니다. 점검, 서버 장애, 운영 사정으로 예고 없이 바뀌거나 멈출 수 있으며, 서비스를 끝낼 때는 가능한 한 30일 전에 게임 안과 공개 페이지에 알립니다. 법이 허용하는 범위에서, 무료 서비스 이용 중 생긴 데이터 손실이나 손해를 운영자의 고의·중과실이 없는 한 배상하지 않습니다.

6.권리

• 게임의 코드, 그림, 음악, 소리, 글의 권리는 개발자에게 있습니다. 허락 없이 복제·재배포·판매할 수 없습니다. 플레이 영상·스크린샷·방송은 자유롭게 하셔도 됩니다(출처를 밝혀 주시면 고맙습니다).
• 캐릭터·몬스터·타일 그림은 Blender 코드로 렌더했고, 음악과 효과음은 코드로 합성했습니다. 타이틀·인트로의 장면 그림 일부는 AI 이미지 생성 도구(ChatGPT)로 만들었습니다. 게임 코드 작성에는 AI(Claude)의 도움을 받았습니다.
• 신문고 등으로 보내 주신 의견과 아이디어는 게임 개선에 자유롭게 쓸 수 있습니다.
• 게임은 임진왜란 직후 조선을 배경으로 한 창작물이며, 실제 역사·인물·종교·단체와 다를 수 있습니다.

7.약관 변경 · 준거법 · 문의

약관을 바꾸면 시행 7일 전(이용자에게 불리한 변경은 30일 전)에 이 페이지와 게임 안에 알립니다. 이 약관은 대한민국 법을 따릅니다.

1.Accounts

• You sign in with a Google account. Each account can hold up to four characters.
• Depending on server load, new accounts may need operator approval before they can play.
• Players under 14 (or under the age of digital consent in your country) need a parent or guardian’s consent. The Game contains combat and blood (blood effects can be turned off in Settings).
• Do not sell, share or lend your account. You are responsible for your account.

2.Rules

• No hacks, macros, bots, attacks on the server, or exploiting bugs. Please report bugs through the Petition Drum (Sinmungo, the in-game feedback tool).
• No harassment, slurs, hate speech, discrimination, sexual content, sharing other people’s personal information, or impersonation (including of the operator).
• No offensive character names or names impersonating real people. Inappropriate names may be changed or blocked.
• No real-money trading of items, gold or accounts.
• No spam, advertising or promotion of other services.

Breaking the rules may lead to a warning, chat restriction, item removal, temporary suspension or a permanent ban. To appeal, use the Petition Drum or the contact below.

3.In-game items and records

• Items, gold, levels and other in-game records exist for play only, have no monetary value, and are not your property.
• Stats, items and progress may change or be reset for balance, bug fixes or seasons.
• Items and gold obtained through bugs or fraudulent trades may be removed.

4.Donations

• The Game is free. Donations through external services (itch.io, Toonation, Toss) are voluntary gifts and give no in-game advantage of any kind (no items, experience, rankings or cosmetics).
• A donation is not a purchase and nothing is delivered in return. Payments and refunds follow each service’s own policy.
• With the supporter’s permission, their name may appear in the ending credits. We may decline inappropriate names.

5.Changes and interruptions

The Game is run by an individual and provided “as is”. It may change or stop without notice for maintenance, outages or other reasons. If the service is shut down for good, we will try to announce it in-game and on our public pages at least 30 days in advance. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for data loss or damages arising from use of this free service, except in cases of intent or gross negligence.

6.Rights

• All rights in the Game’s code, art, music, sound and text belong to the developer. Do not copy, redistribute or sell them without permission. Let’s-plays, screenshots and streams are welcome (credit appreciated).
• Characters, monsters and tiles were rendered procedurally in Blender from code; music and sound effects were synthesized in code. Some title and intro scene paintings were created with an AI image generator (ChatGPT). The game code was written with AI assistance (Claude).
• Feedback and ideas you send may be used freely to improve the Game.
• The Game is fiction set in Joseon Korea right after the Imjin War (1592–1598) and may differ from actual history, people, religions and organizations.

7.Changes to these Terms · Governing law · Contact

We will announce changes on this page and in-game 7 days before they take effect (30 days for changes unfavorable to players). These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.
